HOW THE JEWISH FEASTS POINT TO JESUS<\/h3>\n\n\n

The Lord instituted seven “sacred assemblies,” or feasts for Israel. These feasts were to remind Israel of God’s provision and to prepare them for the Messiah. It can get a little overwhelming reading the description of these feasts, but they are worthy of our meditation as we see how they point to their fulfillment in Christ Jesus.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. Unleavened Bread (Chag Hamotzi) – Nisan 15-22 – Burial<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. First Fruits (Yom Habikkurim) – Nisan 16 – Resurrection<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
4. Pentecost (Shavu\u2019ot) – Sivan 6 – Holy Spirit<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5. Trumpets (Yom Teru\u2019ah) – Tishri 1 – Rapture\/Return<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
