We live in fear that we\u2019ve broken the contract and God is going to &#8220;evict&#8221; us from His grace. We default to \u201cearning\u201d rather than \u201creceiving.\u201d So we wonder, \u201cAm I really right with God?\u201d \u201cCan I truly trust in His saving promises?\u201d \u201cWhat if I fail or doubt or wander astray?\u201d We need assurances. Genesis 15 gives us assurance.
